Meet Samuel Fleischman
Founder of AccessHMO
Samuel Fleischman has been a licensed health insurance intermediary since 1989. His career began in New York and Florida, working with individual and employer-sponsored health insurance.
In 2001, his international work expanded to the Czech Republic, helping address the health insurance needs of foreign residents. This included pioneering work on private health insurance solutions in cooperation with VZP.
Today, Samuel brings that experience to clients comparing international health insurance, reviewing existing policies and considering Medicare alongside healthcare abroad. His approach combines personal attention, clear explanations and advocacy when discussing individual circumstances with insurers.
Cigna Global
and Other International Health Insurance Options
Our relationship with Cigna and its predecessor organizations spans approximately 35 years. We help clients understand Cigna Global benefits, geographical coverage, deductibles and application requirements.
We also compare suitable options from Allianz Care, AXA Global Healthcare and Bupa Global. Available products depend on your country of residence, eligibility and the intermediary authorized to arrange the insurance.
Our review takes account of insurance you already have, including employer coverage, Medicare and public or private healthcare arrangements. We consider potential gaps, overlapping benefits and renewal protections. Where appropriate, we can also advocate for an underwriting review; acceptance and policy terms remain the insurer’s decision.

AccessHMO LLC is based in Miami, Florida. European insurance services are provided through our separately licensed sister company, Hamilton Hudson s.r.o., where authorized.
Our experience includes helping international clients navigate healthcare and insurance with Ali Al agents based in the United States, Czech Republic, and Portugal. Before an application proceeds, we explain which intermediary and insurer will handle the proposed coverage.
